At this time there exists only an armistice (see Enemy States Clause in articles 53 and 107 in the United Nations Charter), this means that both sides may take up combat operations again. As long as a war is not terminated through a peace treaty, no country has the right to claim to be a victorious power.
The present situation in Germany, Europe and the whole world – unrest, social impoverishment by the lowering of the poverty level – is the result of the compliancy of politics towards high finance.

Romania: President of State Promises the Saxons of Transylvania Reparation
President of State Traian Basescu has through the chief of the Präsidialamtes and former Foreign Secretary Cristian Diaconescu in a written message to their ‘Heimattag’ on June 18, 2012, in Dinkelsbühl deplored the emigration of the Germans from Romania as a great loss for his country. He argued for a redress of the misery caused them by this. At the same time he announced to hand back what was disappropriated under the communist government. He invited the Transylvanians to return to their homeland and suggested to them to hold their yearly meetings already in Transylvania.

In the press release of June 2012 Prime Minister had stated on behalf of the government commission ‘Vrilia’ of the Principality of Sealand concerning the release of the Vril Technology:

The documentation linked below proves the serious endeavors for peace by the Government of the Reich under Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler, all of which had been blocked by among others Winston Churchill at the behest of the Jewish World Congress.
Since the relations between the Government of the Principality of Sealand and the Federal Republic of Germany (here especially the unlawful conduct of the Brandenburg judiciary) have further deteriorated, we will now, as previously announced, offer part of the Vril technology in a first step to the poorest of the poor countries that are in urgent need of a source of free energy without charge that they can dispose of autonomously.
Here it is important to mention that all actions of the respective current Federal Governments since the end of the War are exclusively governed by the SHAEF laws of the Allies.
The countries on the UN list of enemy states (see UN CharterArticles 53 and 107) are all both formally and factually still in a state of war with the German Reich. Should by the end of this year none of the above countries be prepared to end this situation, we will, for the benefit of the inhabitants of those countries, offer them, too, access to the free cosmic energy. The consequences of such a release should be abundantly clear to those responsible.

We would like to thank the current President of the Council of the European Union, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, as well as the Danish Ambassador in Berlin, His Excellency Per Poulsen-Hansen, that they did not raise any objections against our publishing the documentation below we had previously sent to them.

Unfortunately our expectations regarding a peace treaty have so far not been fulfilled.
None of the FRG politicians of any political orientation would dare openly to
touch on that subject, not even in passing. We ourselves were forced to find that the
attitude towards us by the FRG, especially the Brandenburg Judiciary, has deteriorated.
In October a valued associate of our government suddenly died ( according to his widow, third-party implication is not excluded). Even this December, two unlawful arrest warrants were served an the undersigned. Based on the whole situation we decided to activate the Resolution 11/98
with all its consequences.
On December 19, 2011, our Minister for Culture and Information, Urs Thoenen, has informed the incumbent Foreign Minister of the FRG, Dr Guido Westerwelle, asking him to in turn inform the Allies. As a result the enforcement was annulled an December 20, 2011, with a handwritten note an the arrest protocol by a judicial officer of the FRG after Prime Minister Seiger presented his diplomatic Sealand passport.
We now expect that all the breaches of law perpetrated against us in the past will be finally dealt with and the subject of the Peace Treaty to end the Second World War will at lang last be tackled.

Attorney Dr. Volker Schöneburg, presently Minister of Justice in Brandenburg, member of the SED successor party ‘PDS-Die Linke’ has up to today (March 9, 2011) not reacted to the above. Instead the Brandenburg judiciary has been instructed to continue its illicit actions against the Principality of Sealand.
At this time there were and are charges by the Public Prosecution Office in Brandenburg pending against the Prime Minister of Sealand, Johannes W. F. Seiger citing ‘title misuse’. In both these actions the prosecution alleged that only the English Queen may bestow the title of ‘Prime Minister’! (see Anklageschriften 2010-2011)
The background are the criminal machinations – often documented by us – by Stasi insider parties who acted and are still acting within the judiciary of the State of Brandenburg and who enriched themselves by perversions of law by plundering the company Sealand GmbH & Co KG. (See our Dokumentation 1-7, single documents see below)

The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961 was joined by practically all states of this Earth, for instance the USA, England, Israel, and effective of August 13, 1964, also the Federal Republic of Germany. It is an international law that has been incorporated into the German law and it does not allow any arbitrary interpretations or modifications.
In Article 40 the ‘Vienna Con-vention’ regulates the diplo-matic relations also between states that have not or not yet recognised each other diplo-matically. It is valid with equal rights and obligations first and foremost for diplomats with their staff who are in transit or are in the host country for other reasons. This is expressed by the visa in the diplomatic passports.
Passports of diplomats of the Principality of Sealand do contain endorsements and diplomatic visa from more than 50 states. The first two passports of Prime Minister Seiger in particular do show such entries of these states, as e. g. Egypt, FRG, Bulgaria, German Reich, GDR, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Latvia, Lithuania, Malawi, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Sao Tomé, Senegal, Slovenia, Syria, Sultanate Oman, Turkey, Tunisia, Hungary, Vietnam ...
With our letter to the Federal Foreign Minister Westerwelle of May 4, 2010, (receipt stamp from the Foreign Office of May 11, 2010, plus attachments) we have once more pointed out the first diplomatic contacts by the Federal Republic of Germany to the Principality of Sealand dating back over 30 years.

A Political Scandal!
The decision by the Bundesgerichtshof (BGH, Federal Court of Justice) of August 3, 2007, has encouraged the Government of the Principality of Sealand again to broach the subject of the Amber Room. Please read the statements by the Generalbundesanwaltes (Attorney General) and by the complainant Johannes W. F. Seiger.
After the Amber Room has been removed from Königsberg in 1945 shortly before the end of the War, its tracks had been lost. In the Sixties and Seventies, the Ministry for State Security of the GDR had instigated extensive searches. These did not met with success (Pushkin dossier, about 1800 pages, in Stasi German: "General Operation, 14/79").
After the reunification informants approached the Prime Minister of the Principality of Sealand and handed him originals of about 100 interrogation protocols and other documents, for instance concerning the location of cultural goods, for instance of the Amber Room. This carried the obligation to restore these treasures to their rightful owners, the present Russian Federation, but in exchange for the return of art looted from Germany.
For about twelve years the Prime Minister of the Principality of Sealand applied in vain for support for the recovery of the Amber Room and other items from the Federal Government, specifically the Foreign Office, and the authorities of Lower Saxony (see BGH, Appendix 1: Prime Minister Glogowski) and Saxony-Anhalt as well as from several media. The reaction was a systematic destruction of the economic basis of the Sealand enterprises (Brandenburg Judiciary I-VI) and massive persecution of its representative disregarding his diplomatic status: searches, incarcerations, attempted murder (BGH, Attachment 6: Brandenburg Prime Minister Platzeck).
It is planned to publish sequentially all explosive documents regarding this complex, including a map of the path members of the German armed forces took to the hiding place lead by the SS with the 34 boxes containing the Amber Room and with other art treasures.

in the case against Johannes W. F. Seiger,
Prime Minister of the Principality of Sealand.
The last couple of years were distinguished by existential turbulences that involuntarily restricted the activities of the Principality of Sealand to a few core fields and about which an in-depth commentary will be forthcoming shortly due to its public interest for Germany.
Nevertheless was the year 2007 rich in positive events in the technical field and above all state activities and developments. This culminated in the recognition of the Principality of Sealand and its representative by the Bundesgerichtshof, as witnessed in the following pages and is also reflected in the last missive from the District Court at Lippstadt (# 4.14 of the appendix).
This irritation lasting decades can be attributed in no small measure to the deliberate deception of the general public − including the judiciary − by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the FRG (# 4.2 of the appendix).
Thus all attempts by the Principality of Sealand to return the technical inheritance of the German Reich, among others the Vril technology, to its rightful owners have been thwarted. The rightful owner is a sovereign Germany without restrictions. This sovereignty however demands the lifting of all provisos of the Allies (# 3 of the appendix) that are still valid today. This may only be achieved in the context of a peace treaty between all parties of the Second World War.
This goal should be reachable within the next three years, as I also informed Federal Chancellor Merkel (# 4.10 of the appendix).

Ladies and Gentlemen, dear friends,
the year 2007 brought a breakthrough in public perception and recognition of the Principality of Sealand. On August 3, 2007 the 2nd criminal division of the Federal Court of Justice after only ten (!) working days ruled that neither the bearing of my title nor my resulting actions were in any way unlawful or endangering the protection of the state. This ruling written in the language of jurisprudence means in reverse the de facto recognition of the Principality of Sealand and its representatives (see: Statement by the Attorney General and by the Complainant Johannes W. F. Seiger). The endorsements by the GDR and the FRG in my diplomatic passport of 1990 are legally coordinate, but have hitherto obstinately been negated by the authorities of the FRG and have led to a long series of unlawful official acts that now will have to be just as obstinately cleared.
What led to this development? There were multiple irritations that maybe began already when we declared our aims. In September 2006 we unequivocally asked the German Chancellor Dr. A. Merkel to address publicly the subject of the peace contract as well as the Caveats of the Allies. Otherwise the Vril Technology inherited from the German Reich, the Third Reich and the GDR will be made available to the world at large.
Then on January 5, 2007, a Saturday, I was hauled off with an unlawful arrest warrant (no signature, wrong personal data) and brought to several prisons as I apparently had failed to pay some bills although the according payment slips were existing. After five weeks I just as surprisingly was released as apparently one noticed that the payments had erroneously been credited to the wrong account. I had found that this incarceration might have been extended arbitrarily.
Three weeks before the deadline the Federal Court of Justice ruling put an end to the arbitrariness of authorities. The complete documentation about this ruling by the Federal Court of Justice is being ready for publication on our Homepage after all the courts and authorities concerned have been properly informed and asked to comment.
We would like to add that our Sealand Generator Type Vr9 now has reached a performance spectrum that is way above the former values. 2008 the new Sealand Generator will be available to Club members upon application.

You have not heard from Sealand for quite some time, and there is a reason. In the year 2006 we have gone through a very active, if not always entirely pleasant period. At the beginning of the year for instance our websites had been blocked due to apparent “incitement of the people”. We then asked the provider for the legal basis for his actions, we stopped payments of the charges and demanded appropriate damages for non-performance. Soon after, the websites were released again, and someone it seems even paid the open bills. Puzzling? – It took the whole year to clean the website of all the viruses and other vermin that had infiltrated it in the meantime and to bring back e-mail traffic to a somewhat normal state.
The economic and illegal aggressions upon my person over many years will lead in the next months to a legal action against the so-called Federal Republic of Germany and the State Brandenburg at the European Court of Human Rights at Strasbourg. The defendants as well as the Allied Victorious Powers of the Second World War and the European Union have been informed accordingly and have been specifically asked to set the delayed subject of the Peace Treaty, which will be the completion of the German Unification, upon their political agendas before mid-2007.
We have fantastic news to report concerning the further development of our Sealand-Generator:
We now reach the full torque running the engine only at half power! You can easily imagine what this means for propulsion technology and energy politics world-wide. You know that the Sealand-Generator is not and will never be a “commercial product”. Therefore we now set our sights on gradually making the Vril technology available for everyone.

F. Seiger promotes Vril free energy and also has started linking to Vril disc aircraft and history. This gives some weight to allegations, that the Seiger group has contact to Neo-Nazi, especially the self-proclaimed Reichsregierung.” – This text is not available on the corresponding German site. – Why not?
Unfortunately there are less pleasant events to report as well. At the beginning of 2005 there was an assassination attempt aimed at the Prime Minister of the Principality of SEALAND that – thankfully – was not successful. A monstrosity. And from the Ministries of the Interior and of Justice of Brandenburg the answer came: “There is no public interest in this prosecution.“ To deflect events like this assassination attempt, but also targeted character assassination and the repeated attempts to certify the Prime Minister as mentally ill in order to still a free spirit costs Sealand much power and time.
Generally the Federal German authorities find it very difficult to accept publicly the recognition of the Principality of Sealand under international law. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany for example addresses the Government of the Principality of Sealand correctly, yet the same authority corresponding with other departments calls Sealand a “figment of imagination”. In this way the ongoing conflict concerning diplomatic immunity and an alleged misappropriation of titles that has ended several times in first-rate acquittals according to §170 section 2, is tying up our resources through second-class jurisprudence.
But now a more realistic assessment of the Principality of Sealand and the German Reich that promises to generally and officially accept all these facts seems to take hold. We have comprehensively informed the highest Federal Authorities, the European Union and the U.S. of A. of these recent developments. Preliminary Remark
Sealand is an island in the southern part of the North Sea, Latitude 51-53 North, Longitude 01-28 East. The PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND was founded in 1967 and founded as a sovereign state. The Sovereign of the PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND H. H. Prince Roy of SEALAND has proclaimed in 1975 a fundamental law to his state. Based on this constitution several laws became legal. The knowledge of present laws is fundamentally important for national and international relations.
This first publication of the gathered statutes gives also information of special laws, but they do not cancel the British Law of Contract and the British Common Law on which the law of the PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND is a modern state of justice.

The Constitution 1975
In consciousness of his responsibility before God and before man, and inspired by the will to serve the cause of Peace for his People and for all peoples in the world, the sovereign ruler of the PRINCIPALITY OF SEALAND, His Majesty Prince Roy of SEALAND, for himself and for his successors to the throne, by virtue of his constitutional authority resolves, swears and proclaims:
§ 1.
§ 1.1. The dignity of man is unimpeachable. To respect and preserve this dignity is the duty of all national authority.
§ 1.2. The Sovereign and his people acknowledge the inviolable and inalienable rights of man as the basis of every human community, of freedom and of justice in the world, and recognise that these rights are in complete accord with the General Declaration of Human Rights as already defined by other States on December l0th, 1948.
§ 1.3. The following rights are binding on the Sovereign, his successors, the legislature, the executive authority and the administration of justice, as immediately effective law.
§ 2.
§ 2.1. Everyone has the right to the free development of his or her personality, as far as this does not infringe upon the rights of others.
§ 2.2. Everyone has the right to life and physical safety. The freedom of the person is unassailable and may be restricted only by law.
§ 3. All men are equal before the law. No one may suffer prejudice because of his or her sex, descent, race, language, native land and extraction, his or her faith or religious convictions.
On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the ending of acts of war in the Second World War the Government of the Principality of SEALAND is addressing all responsible citizens of any nationality or religion requesting them to look thouroughly, with historical responsibility but without prejudice, into the causes and reasons for the terrible events before, during and after the First and the Second World Wars.
In addition to the plethora of published but often contradictory information the Government of the Principality of SEALAND offers the following additions:
1. Exclusive Responsibility: Quotes made by political persons formerly inimcal to Germany that may – in addition to the written word – open a different view of the so-called “Alleinschuld” (exclusive responsibility) by the Geman people for the First and the Second World Wars.
2. The Forbidden Truth: A consideration of the so-called Holocaust as the central atrocity committed by the German people during the Second World War. This article has been found on the internet – accessible by anyone.

Vril Power and the Sealand Generator
Development Status April 2, 2005
1871 saw the publication of The Coming Race by the English Rosicrucian, member of the House of Lords and minister of the state Edward Bulwer Lord Lytton, who personally knew one of the leading occultists of his epoch, Eliphas Levi. In this novel a young American somehow is led ever deeper into chasms in the earth until he reaches a subterranean realm in which live tall and highly educated people who had mastered a mysterious power they called "VRIL", the vital energy of the shooting grain that anyone could concentrate through his or her so-called VRIL Staff and individually apply both healingly as well as destructively. Thought transfer and telekinesis were also possible, but VRIL could also serve as a weapon.
Helena Blavatski, the foundress of the Theosophical Society, describes this force as an aether stream that in 1872 could be transformed into a physical force only by the Englishman John W. Keely, an ‘initiate of Nature’, through a mechanical device, an ability that apparently had been rescinded by the spirit side due to the threatened abuse of it on Earth.
Rudolf Steiner, the initiator of the Anthroposophical Movement, at the beginning of the 20th century describes this VRIL power as ‘aether of life’ and named its abuse as the cause of the destruction of Atlantis. In his mystery plays Rudolf Steiner recalls the fate of John W. Keely in the figure of Dr. Strader. In the last scene of the last play Dr. Strader becomes the fulcrum for the New Age. To whit: Only when the laboratory table becomes the altar, when from the fruits of the materialistically dominated ‘natural science’ evolves a moral ‘Science for Nature’, the New Age may unfold.
It is said that in the 1920s the Austrian Karl Schapeller had conducted successful experiments with VRIL that he called “fiery aether“, but had remained without success due to the danger of economical misuse. – This VRIL Technology apparently was taken over and further developed in secret up to operability by the Reichsarbeitsgemeinschaft ‘Das kommende Deutschland’ (The Reich’s Study Group ‘The Coming Germany’) that some think is the legendary VRIL-Gesellschaft (VRIL Society). In the war years after 1940 names like V7 or V9 and the technical documents still available indicate that German flying disks were equipped with a kind of VRIL technology via an electrostatic propulsion system enabling those flying manoeuvres that we know today from original films and science fiction representations.

Following the article Hitlers geheime UFO-Pläne (Hitlers secret UFO plans) published on December 6, 2004, in the daily newspaper BILD and concurrently on http://www.bild.t-online.de, the Governmental Commission VRILIA of the Principality of Sealand decided without commenting on the BILD article , to publish a few original photographs of flying disks that had been developed during the Third Reich. In order to destroy the representatives of the Principality of Sealand in Germany economically, criminal methods have been staged in so-called “insolvency proceedings” against the Sealand Handelsgesellschaft mbH and are implemented by insider arrangements. In connection with this our legal department has found 98 (ninety-eight!) procedural errors and legal infringements by the public offices and the insolvency administrator officially appointed by them.

The following documentation will prove that since 1992 the destruction of the Sealand GmbH und Co. KG has been knowingly and wilfully attempted in collusion with heads of LPG’s (Landesprojektgruppen, country project groups), notaries public, liquidators, one mayor, lawyers and the Brandenburg judiciary and that insolvency proceedings were set in motion by the responsible politicians of the State of Brandenburg.
The documentation of the occurrences surrounding the purchase contract of February 18, 1992 (register No. 65/1992) will also prove that the liquidators, Professor Dr Arlt (until 1996) and his successor, RA Steffen Kühn, as well as Mr Neumann and the former chairman of the board of the LPG Legehybriden (country project group for hybrid laying hens), Manfred Porrmann, had collaborated in an unprecedented way by wilfully and criminally contravening the interests of the Sealand Warenhandels- und Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG, as well as those of its business manager, Mr Johannes F. W. Seiger.
