Principality of Sealand Press Release PM-2012-09 of September 23, 2012 An Historic Moment Romania: President of State Promises the Saxons of Transylvania Reparation President of State Traian Basescu has through the chief of the Präsidialamtes and former  Foreign Secretary Cristian Diaconescu in a written message to their ‘Heimattag’ on June 18, 2012, in Dinkelsbühl deplored the emigration of the Germans from Romania as a great loss for his country. He argued for a redress of the misery caused them by this. At the same time he announced to hand back what was disappropriated under the communist government. He invited the Transylvanians to return to their homeland and suggested to them to hold their yearly meetings already in Transylvania. Seiger the first encouraging results appear: In the press release of June 2012 Prime Minister had stated on behalf of the government commission ‘Vrilia’ of the Principality of Sealand concerning the release of the Vril Technology: “Since the relations between the government of the Principality of Sealand and the Federal Republic of Germany (here especially the  unlawful behaviour of the Brandenburg judiciary) continued to decline, we will now proceed as announced with passing on parts of the Vril technology first to the poorest of the poor countries that urgently require a free energy source at no charge at their autonomous disposal.” In Romania, too, this was read with attention,  as our daily web statistics show. The Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medwedew also reacted to the new situation and said on August 2, 2012, during  government session: “One simply must consider that every 50 to 70 years an energy revolution occurs in the world, and it is still unknown where we will stand with our energy sources in this time and whether we will then be of interest for someone. At the London Conference of 1944 the German Reich was sequestered up-front and placed under the Supreme Headquarters of Allied Expedition Forces (SHAEF). This highest legislative authority for Germany is contrary to the impression given by the media still active and its decisions are still binding within the confines of Germany. It is known that the “Federal Republic of Germany” is but a temporary arrangement within occupational law lacking any real state sovereignty. Contrary assertions by politicians apparently are not very cconvincing … (further documents under SHAEF and Downloads ).

Even according to the BVerfG (Tribunal Constitutional of the FRG) the German Reich has not foundered; since 1985 it must be seen as capable of acting. Apparently it is in the interest of the main victorious power from the Second World War, the US of A, to continue to leave the question of a peace treaty with Germany open. Until a future peace treaty the USA cling to their theoretical claim for German reparation payments.

Sealand respects the status quo and has signed treaties valid in international law with the Commissary Government of the German Reich installed for further actions by the relevant authorities in the USA. Among several topics these treaties are also concerning our State Territory Hakeburg.

Our State Property Hakeburg is illegally withheld by the Deutsche Telecom from being utilized by the Diplomatic Mission of the Principality of Sealand in the German Reich (SHAEF Legislator USA).

With this documentation we underpin that the claims of the Principality of Sealand for their State Property Hakeburg are incontestable and therefore actionable according to national law of the Federal Rebublic of Germany as well as in international law.

Starting in September 2000, the Government has asked the state-owned company Sealand Trade Corporation to invoice Telecom for the loss of use. Mr Ron Sommer has never reacted to this. The new executive board of the Deutsche Telecom AG will certainly have to deal with our justifyable and legitimate claims…
