From the Workings of the «VRILIA» Governmental Commission

Vril Technology

There is a lot of talk about Vril Technology. Most assume that this technology – like the technology we live with today – may be applied by anyone feeling like it. That is correct. But equally correct is that any use demands a resonance of one’s inner spiritual and mental vibrations (meaning the affecting motives of consciousness) with the so-called vibratory quality of the outer device.

In this context we will mention what inner motives that have to be acquired, and what relations to the technical device may accrue. Step by step items from the history of the Vril Technology, but also current developments will be presented here that may foster the cause within a closed circle.

Vril Energy for the Twenty-first Century	Under the care of the Government of the Principality of Sealand and under the responsibility and guidance of its Prime Minister, Johannes W. F. Seiger, certain sections of the VRIL technology programme – entrusted to the Principality of Sealand by the German Empire – were continuously developed to reach maturity for civil applications.
